In the room with cloud-and-sun wallpaper, inspect the blue worktable. The Video Cassette rests on it; verify the pickup before leaving the mansion.
Placement after version 1.0.15
The update fixed object-interaction blockers and objects breaking when they should not. If a picture, cabinet or mission prop still launches or refuses placement, stop moving other clue objects, reload the separate save once and submit the exact object state as a new report.
